Geometric endo-ventricular patch repair of inferior left ventricular scars improves mitral regurgitation and clinical outcome

Background:

• Inferior left ventricular (LV) aneurysms and scars present surgical challenges with limited published data.

Purpose of the Study:

• To assess the outcomes of GER for inferior LV aneurysms and scars.

• Seventeen patients with inferior LV aneurysms/scars underwent GER (group 1).
