Summary

This report details a rare case of extraskeletal osteosarcoma of the penis in an 84-year-old man. This finding highlights the extreme rarity of this specific type of bone cancer.

Background:

Extraskeletal osteosarcoma is a rare malignant bone tumor.

Findings:

This case represents one of the few documented instances of extraskeletal osteosarcoma of the penis.
The rarity of this condition is emphasized by only two prior reports in English literature.

Implications:

This case contributes to the limited understanding of extraskeletal osteosarcoma in this anatomical region.
Further research may elucidate the pathogenesis and optimal management strategies for this rare penile malignancy.
